Rule 77
<br> to prepare evaluation report
The evaluation committee shall prepare a report on the quality of the proposal after the evaluation process according to Rule 76.
(2) In the report according to sub-rule (1), the following things should also be mentioned:-
(a) Name and address of the offeror,
(b) Signature of the proposer or his authorized representative or not,
(c) whether the documents confirming that the proposer is eligible to submit the proposal according to law have been submitted or not,
(d) Whether or not a joint venture agreement, if necessary, has been submitted (e) Whether or not the proposal has been completed in accordance with the instructions given to the offeror in the document relating to the proposal, and
(f) the relative strengths, weaknesses and evaluation results of each proposal.
(2) In the report according to sub-rule (1), the following things should also be mentioned:-
